Chollipop –

noun

1. A cross between the words “chocolate” and “lollipop” describing a piece of chocolate attached to the end of a small stick that is held in the hand while the candy is licked.

Since a little girl in in my home city of Mexico City, it has always been a passion of mine to be creative with chocolate.  Today, living in Columbus, OH as a Buckeye, I continue to work with chocolate to create figurines, chocolate bombs, chocolate fruits and many more items with the hope to bring a smile to the face of others.   I enjoy the opportunity to be artistic and creative while exploring ways to create things with chocolate that are both beautiful and delicious.
